Battery Charging.
If a new booking is cancelled within 1 hour of being created there is no cancellation fee applied.
If a booking is cancelled less than 12 hours before its scheduled start time (but more than 1 hour after it was created) then a cancellation fee of 75% of the estimated price of the Rental Time.
There is a 15 minute grace period on each booking where no late fees will not be incurred before the booking is finished on the app.
After this there is a 25p per minute late fee, unless the booking is extended.

The rental cost will be charged in 15-minute increments with a minimum booking of 1 hour.
*Charging is billed separately at our highly competitive rate of just 30p/kWh, with the first 5kWh included for free. For example, if you drive 100 miles during your booking and the vehicle’s average consumption is 3 miles per kWh, you’ll only pay around £8.50 for battery charging.
